• Ensure the dishwasher door is fully closed and latched until you hear a click or locking sound
• Confirm the water supply valve under the sink is completely open by turning the valve handle to the fully open position

• Remove and rinse the filter basket and spray arms with clean water to eliminate debris that could interfere with sensors
